Welcome to SkillShala. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform, applications, services, and content. By creating an account or accessing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use our platform. These rules apply to all learners, educators, mentors, and general visitors who interact with our services.

2. User Responsibilities

As a user of SkillShala, you are expected to maintain academic integrity and respect. You represent and warrant that:

• All profile registration details you submit are authentic and accurate.
• Your uploads, including video submissions and files, represent your own original work and proof-of-work.
• You will not use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to extract platform data without written consent.

3. Account Registration & Security

To utilize the full range of activities and earn verified portfolios, you must create a student or mentor account. You agree to:

Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and passwords. You are entirely responsible for all actions taken under your account name. If you suspect any unauthorized breach of security, you must notify SkillShala Support immediately.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our learning modules or upload channels to transmit:

• Any material that violates or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, or obscene content.
• Viruses, malwares, or other malicious codes designed to disrupt browser operations.

5. Intellectual Property

The SkillShala name, logo, typography, core design assets, code structures, and learning activity texts are the exclusive intellectual property of SkillShala and its licensors.

By uploading project submissions, you grant SkillShala a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and review your submissions for evaluation and portfolio sharing purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

SkillShala provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillShala disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

SkillShala, its directors, employees, or mentors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to use the platform.

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and restrict access to all or part of the platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other platform users.

8. Changes to Terms

SkillShala reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will indicate revisions by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform following updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
